When we designed the AFTERBURN ANNIHILATION Extreme Fitness Program, Intensity and Explosiveness was the main goal. We think we have created a workout that when learned, followed with consistency and with perseverance and dedication, amazing results can be achieved.
We are the “KEEP IT REAL” people here in the Fitness Industry. Unlike other programs that over promise and under deliver, we under promise and over deliver the results... everytime. 60 days? NOT GONNA HAPPEN for the MAJORITY of people, unless you are a Professional Instructor, or starting off at an above average starting position to begin with. It is just unrealistic to expect this kind of result in 60 days. Ourminimum delivery time is 90 days. That’s 3 months. That’s realistic. No pie in the sky over promising. The ANNIHILATION Program Calendars go for 3 days training/4 days off, 4 days training/3 days off and the 5 day training program/2 day off schemes.
Pick the one that suits you, stay consistent with everything you are doing. Keep the “NEVER SAY QUIT” Afterburn ATTITUDE and achieve your results in 90 days, 6months or 9 months. There are NO QUICK FIXES...NO SHORT CUTS. You either put in the work and achieve or Quit when the going gets hard. Be an AFTERBURNER!
Forget everything that you know
about traditional High Intensity
Interval Training. The traditional
approach is to go for slow to
moderate pace with quick fast
bursts of pace and evergy. This
way of training has its uses, but not
here in the ANNIHILATION Extreme
With ANNIHILATION the Intensities are higher for longer periods of time with very SHORT rest times to get your heart rate under control. In the ANNIHILATION Program 40 seconds work with a 10 second rest is typical.
Sounds rediculous right? Yeah, pretty much is, but this i were we get into the AFTERBURN ZONE. Keeping the fat burning for up to 2 days after the workout. This is were we make the BIG changes happen.
