Stuck for healthy recipes and healthy meals? One of the main reasons people eat an unhealthy diet is that they just don't have the time or money to make something nutritious and reasonably low fat. Healthy Meals for BREAKFAST
1. Cold Pizza


Not what you think, not the takeout kind! Toast 1 slice whole-grain bread and top with 2 tbsp. ricotta, 1 large basil leaf, 2 tomato slices, a drizzle of olive oil, and salt and pepper.

2. PB & H Waffle 
Toast

Take 1 whole-grain waffle and smear with 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter. Drizzle with 1 tsp. honey and sprinkle with 1 tsp. sesame seeds.

3. Eggs in a Muffin
